KUSTLY / PRIVACY

Your life is yours.

Privacy information / Development draft. Legal and privacy review required before public launch.

What the foundation stores

The application separates pseudonymous identity verification metadata from the dating profile you choose to create. Profile fields include display name, self-declared age, preferences, biography, languages, city and photos. Chats, blocks and reports support the service.

What stays out of your profile

Raw national personal codes are never stored or logged. Legal identity, exact GPS coordinates and internal identity fingerprints are never exposed in dating profiles. Uploaded photos are re-encoded to remove metadata.

Deletion and identity retention

Account deletion removes profile information, photos and conversations. A minimal pseudonymous identity tombstone currently prevents duplicate accounts and ban evasion. The legal basis, retention periods, appeal process and deletion exceptions require a GDPR/DPIA review before launch.

Before public launch

The final privacy notice must identify the controller, contact details, lawful bases, processors, international transfers, retention schedules and rights procedures. This draft does not claim that those decisions have been approved.
